The new development across the street from the Wailea Firehouse, Wailea Kanani has closed its first properties and they expect to be closing two a week over the next few months. Wailea Kanani are residential single family homes in a condominium format. 123 Po’ailani Place,  a three bedroom, 2100 square foot unit closed at its pre-construction price of $1.239 million and 123 Po’ailani Place closed for $1.180 million.

In other Wailea Residential news, 4290 Melianani in Wailea Highlands, listed for $7.1 million has "gone hard" and should close in the next month or so. Only forty or so residnetial properties in Wailea and Makena are on the market.
