Should that close, we expect that home will set a record for the highest price paid for a Wailea/Makena non-oceanfront home. A Wailea Kai home listed for $1.195 million has also gone into escrow this week. Inventory remains high, with almost fifty homes for sale, but again, activity in this segment has been reasonably strong.
