June was unusually busy this year for Wailea-Makena homes. Four homes sold and three others have gone into escrow. The data points are too few to draw pricing conclusions but we will have our mid-year analysis ready this week. Forty Wailea-Makena homes remain for sale. At current absorption rates, that represents approximately 12 months of inventory.
